The brief

Build commerce around the question a vehicle owner is already trying to solve.

Carl’s Garage was structured as more than a parts shelf. The experience had to help Kia and Hyundai owners move from uncertainty into an understandable next step, whether that meant finding a digital guide, exploring a replacement part, following a recall-help pathway, or using educational content to prepare for a repair conversation.

The resulting experience combines searchable navigation, product discovery, shopping cart and account paths, direct guidance, and cinematic automotive presentation without separating education from the buying journey.

Experience system

A storefront designed around confidence, not just inventory.

01 / DISCOVERY

Searchable product paths

Navigation and search support owners looking for books, parts, or topics rather than forcing every visit through a traditional category tree.

02 / EDUCATION

Digital guide merchandising

Repair books and owner resources are presented as practical products with clear pricing, descriptions, and direct cart actions.

03 / SUPPORT

Recall-help routing

The experience includes a defined pathway for recall-related help alongside the commerce structure instead of burying assistance outside the storefront.

04 / COMMERCE

Parts and cart continuity

Repair-part discovery, product availability, pricing, and purchase controls stay inside the same visual and navigational system.

05 / SELF-SERVICE

Account-ready journeys

Search, account, and shopping-cart paths give returning customers familiar self-service entry points.

06 / BRAND

Automotive visual language

High-contrast workshop imagery, motorsport-inspired typography, bold yellow accents, and motion give the storefront a distinct owner-focused identity.

Motion as interface context

Cinematic movement supports the storefront without replacing product clarity.

The supplied hero motion sample extends the automotive workshop aesthetic into the top-level experience while the core shopping and educational paths remain readable and actionable.
