These pieces represent part of the creative range already shaping Raven Mind Studios. Bring a point of view that can stand beside strong existing work and help push the conversation further.

How we want to work together

Strong individual work.
Better work together.

We want to build a group that connects imagination with execution. People who can explore an idea, explain a decision, take feedback and care about the finish.

Independent creatives, specialists and small studios are welcome to introduce themselves. Tell us where you do your best work and how you prefer to collaborate.

Bring something that’s yours.
Stay open to what it can become.

Own your craft.

Show us your thinking, not just the finished surface. We want to understand what you made, why it works and where you want to go next.

Build across disciplines.

Bring a strong point of view and stay open to someone else’s. Good collaboration makes room for both.

Communicate clearly.

Be direct about ideas, availability, feedback and constraints. Thoughtful communication is part of the creative work.

Respect the work.

Credit contributions, protect confidential material and share only work you have permission to show.

Show us what
you bring.

A portfolio is helpful. So is a clear explanation of a project, an idea or a problem you helped solve. Tell us what you did and what you would like to create next.

Share your work

Send a portfolio, a work sample or a project you can explain. Tell us what you contributed.

Start a conversation

Tell us what you enjoy making, how you like to collaborate and what you want to do next.

Define the fit

Any potential engagement starts with a conversation about scope, timing, responsibilities and terms.

We are building connections with creative professionals. Introducing yourself is not an offer of employment or a guarantee of a project. Availability and any potential engagement are discussed individually.

Before you introduce yourself

A few useful answers.

Is this a specific job opening?

This page is an invitation to connect as we build a group of creative professionals. It is not a listing for a particular salaried role. Tell us about your work, interests and preferred type of collaboration.

Do I need to fit one discipline?

No. Select any disciplines that describe your work. You can also use your introduction to explain a specialty or combination of skills that is not listed.

What should I include in my portfolio?

Share work that represents your strengths, along with a short explanation of your role. A personal project, public repository, reel or well-explained work sample can help start the conversation. Do not send confidential client material.

How are availability and terms handled?

Include your preferred way of working and current availability. Scope, responsibilities, timing and compensation would need to be discussed and agreed for any proposed engagement.
